A Large section of tree fell and branch over and on a wire coming from pole to house. Dillon was amazing, professional and a blessing. Branch and sections removed to a point where we can do the rest in the spring. Highly recommend GLIC and Dillon. Well Done!

The electrician was very polite. Introduced himself. He listened to me describe the issue. He then checked everything and made a recommendation. He was thorough about what he was doing. Cleaned up everything and explained what he had done. I would recommend GLIC.

From the start Jon E and Noah were very courteous and timely. They sent me out one of the greatest team I’ve seen working together Dan P and Samantha , not only did they do a fantastic work they were both knowledgeable and friendly. They all deserve five stars in my book any day, and I will recommend your company to a lot of my friends at the workplace. Thanks again for such fine work. Oh yeah and they cleaned up after they got done..😅😅😅😅😅

The electricians were friendly and communicative, and Jason kept me informed through the entire project (re-wiring my garage.) They were neat and tidy, and also respectful of the property and other projects I've been working on. 10/10, would use them again!

Xaven was awesome. He got right to work, was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I told him that if we need to call GLIC again, I was going to request that he be sent out. It was a very pleasant experience. I'm editing my response. While the service was great, I wasn't as happy when I received the invoice. When I scheduled the service, I told them that nobody lived at the house and I needed at least 20 minutes notice to be there to meet the technician. The day before the technician was scheduled to come out, I received a text saying he would be there at 9. At 7:35 on the day off the service, I received a call that was available. I ended up getting billed for the time he sat there waiting for me. Also be aware that the hourly charge is for any part of an hour, so an hour and ten minutes is charged as 2 hours. This might be common, but it would be nice to know that in advance. I'd change my rating to 4 starts but I don't want it to affect the great job that the technician Xaven did.

Had a last minute emergency with our main line. GLIC provided an estimate and got a technician out to us the same day even though they were out on a bunch of other service calls. Really grateful for their service. Will recommend in the future! Kamryn was our tech and did a great job. 👍 …

The experience from start to finish was excellent. Paul came out to quote a repair that we needed after the power supply to our well was damaged. He walked me through what we would need to do and quoted a fair price. The day of the work, Xaven showed up on time and reviewed what was being done. They had the line trenched and repaired quickly and left the property neat when they were finished. I would highly recommend!

The office staff are very friendly and helpful. We had someone come out directly to give us an estimate. Once approved, they scheduled the job quickly and completed the job professionally. Great company to work with.
